ALAI UP is a project dedicated to helping clinics successfully launch and sustain iCAB/RPV programs. Through customized protocols, hands-on technical assistance, provider training, and continuous evaluation at eight demonstration sites, ALAI UP works to address the logistical and structural challenges that often limit access in communities with the highest burden of HIV. Our goal is to expand access to iCAB/RPV and reduce differences in HIV outcomes among populations disproportionately affected by the epidemic.
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau has issued a notice of funding opportunity for a four-year service delivery project aimed at co-developing and supporting LAI ART program implementation in clinics that serve underserved populations across the United States, through the Minority HIV/AIDS Fund Initiative and the Special Projects of National Significance.
