The Tool has two parts: Part 1) Brief education about new long-acting HIV treatment options, and Part 2) a HIV Treatment Values and Preference Quiz to help patients and their HIV care team decide if new HIV treatment options are right for the patient.

This prototype shows a simplified, text-only version of the Tool, which could be used by a patient on a phone, tablet, or computer. Pages that are grey are instruction pages to guide you in reviewing the prototype. Pages that are blue are the prototype that we are asking you to review.
