“Accelerating Implementation of Multilevel-strategies to Advance Long Acting Injectables for Underserved Populations” (ALAI UP) is a project to help clinics across the United States develop injectable HIV treatment programs with the goal of increasing access to and uptake of injectable HIV treatment in areas most impacted by the HIV epidemic.
The ALAI UP Project is a HRSA-funded collaboration between Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, NYC Health Department, Hunter Alliance for Research and Translation at Hunter College of the City University of New York, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and the Southeast AIDS Training and Education Center at Vanderbilt University.
